We are officially in a mental health crisis, the urgency to cultivate coping skills and empower young people has never been more evident. With statistics indicating that more than one in five 8-16 year-olds have a mental health disorder, a figure even higher among 17-25 year-olds, teaching daily routines to optimise emotional health is paramount. By doing so we support pupils to have higher self-esteem, feel calmer and be more focused in their educational setting.
